Why is it important to walk properly?

Walking is one of the basic and most significant activities of man, and the average man walks about 170,000 kilometers in his life, which is roughly like making a circle around the world four times. Since this is an activity that we do every day, sometimes for several hours, it is very important that we walk properly, and walking analysis is the method by which we determine this.

Improper gait will not cause negative consequences instantly, so most people do not pay much attention to their own gait and are not even aware that they may be walking wrong. Incorrect gait will result in negative consequences only after a certain time. Incorrect gait affects our posture (holding), which asymmetrically strengthens a certain part of the body, which will ultimately lead to imbalance, and all the burden will fall on our spine, which will accordingly be distorted / rotated. All this happens over a longer period of time and most often results in pain in the spine in later life.
