INSTRUCTIONS

For use and oState of orthopedic insoles

Thank you for choosing orthopedic insoles ORTHO BALANCE.

These insoles are made with high precision to your foot. Before the first use, it is necessary to take several steps so that the insole fills your shoes and that there is no slipping of the insole or its deformation. The cartridge is made slightly larger, so that before the first use it can be best adapted to the footwear.

Most of today's footwear is made with a "factory" insole, which must first be taken out. Some insoles are glued to the shoe/tennis, so try to peel/pull them off with light moves, taking care not to damage your shoes.

HOW TO INSERT THE INSTRUCTION RIGHTLY AND NOTICE IT (AS IS REQUIRED)

When you have removed the original "factory" insole from both shoes/sneakers, you can switch to inserting the ORTHO BALANCE insole and possibly trimming it.

Before approaching the subsequent trimming / grinding of the cartridge, it is necessary to first take steps to insert the existing form of the ORTHO BALANCE cartridge into your shoes. We do this by gently bending the insole over its width and first inserting the front of the insole towards the top of the shoe. We then carefully fold the insole in the middle so that we can tuck the fifth part of the insole into the lower part of the shoe (heel) and slowly correct the twisted insole by pushing the middle part of the insole inside the shoe forward.

NOTIFICATION

  1. We trim the cartridge with sharp scissors
  2. Trimming is done by first removing the original insole from your shoe.
  3. DAYS ORTHO BALANCE insole lean on the original factory Left insole from your footwear (and vice versa) so that the bottom (sole) of both insole aligns as well as possible.
  4. On the ORTHO BALANCE cartridge, draw the outline of the original factory insole from the shoe and carefully approach its trimming.
  5. OBLIGATE WHICH MILLIMETER OF MORE RELATED TO ORIGINAL INVESTMENT Original factory insoles supplied with footwear are not made with as much precision as your ORTHO BALANCE insoles.

 

APPLICATION TO PARTICIPATION SURVEILLANCE

The period of adaptation to orthopedic insoles lasts 15-30 days. Wear insoles for the first few days 2-3 hours a day, a then gradually increase the period of wearing so that Increase the wearing time by 1 hour every day until you reach the stage to wear them constantly.

It is normal for you to feel a slight discomfort for the first month of wearing because the function of the cartridge is corrective, and if after a month of wearing you feel that something is not right - contact us at info@ortopedski-ulosci.hr

RECOMMENDATIONS AND ETERNAL TERMINATION

Complaints are accepted for the duration of the adjustment, i.e. up to a maximum of 30 days after downloading the cartridges, and the complaint refers to the inability to adapt to orthopedic insoles.

The lifespan of ORTHO BALANCE cartridges is 6-12 months of normal use under the recommended conditions of wear and maintenance, top sport and exceptional efforts can significantly reduce the lifespan of the cartridge

MAINTENANCE

  • Avoid washing insoles in washing machines!
  • The cartridge is best washed by hand in a combination of lukewarm water and soap and light rubbing with a sponge.
  • Do not dry the cartridge in the tumble dryer, but leave it to dry at room temperature.
  • Avoid placing the cartridges on the radiator / direct sun, as too much heat can in some cases create certain deformations.
  • You can refresh the cartridge with a foot deodorant or disinfectant if necessary.
